Hi, I’m Lyndsay, thank you for visiting my website.

I’m a Personal Trainer based in beautiful North Berwick. I love fitness and helping you get outside to get moving and get stronger.

I was definitely a late comer to fitness, I did not like PE at school at all and it wasn’t until I moved to London in my 20s and needed to find a social life outside of work that I started rowing and found a love for fitness.

Personal Training

I work with my Personal Training clients on a one-to-one basis or in small groups in North Berwick & across East Lothian.

North Berwick Bootcamp

Classes are a mix of cardio and strength training for all fitness levels. you get to work hard, improve your fitness & strength & have fun'.

Come along at 6am or 9.15am Tuesday & Friday and your first class is free.
